Our Story
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Palma, in the Balearic Islands, Travelgate was created with a clear mission: to democratize the travel industry and simplify connectivity among all its players. We began with a single API solution, focused on streamlining integration. Today, we’ve evolved into a comprehensive service platform where our partners can seamlessly manage all their connections, monitor performance, and optimize operations in real-time.
What started as a bold vision has grown into a global platform connecting over 1,000 buyers and 1,000 sellers across the world. We continue to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and empower our partners with the tools they need to succeed in a competitive and fast-changing industry.
In 2019, we launched a bold new initiative to foster deeper collaboration and innovation in the travel industry, CONX, our first tech-travel event and AFTERX, our networking event. Designed to bring together decision-makers, innovators, and visionaries, CONX quickly became more than just an event; it became a movement.
What started as a gathering of industry leaders has grown into a must-attend annual event, attracting over 800 professionals from across the global travel ecosystem. Through inspiring talks, leadership, and meaningful networking, CONX has established itself as a key moment for connection, insight, and collective growth in the travel tech space.
Since 2024, Travelgate is part of Travelsoft Group, a leading Software-as-a-Service (Saas) Company founded in Paris. Travelsoft provides various platforms tailored to meet the specific requirements of each local market.

Canal denuncias
Travelgate habilita esta herramienta para que clientes, proveedores, trabajadores y colaboradores puedan poner en conocimiento del órgano de cumplimiento de Travelgate cualquier irregularidad, hecho o situación denunciable. A través de este canal se garantiza la confidencialidad en el tratamiento de la notificación. Todas las denuncias se gestionarán con el máximo rigor y celeridad, dando por hecho que se realizan de buena fe. Las denuncias falsas o malintencionadas podrán incurrir en responsabilidad civil o incluso penal, según la legislación vigente.
Reporting channel
Travelgate provides this tool so that clients, suppliers, employees, and collaborators can report any irregularities, incidents, or reportable situations to the Travelgate Compliance Office. This channel ensures the confidentiality of all notifications. All reports will be handled with the utmost diligence and urgency, under the assumption that they are made in good faith. False or malicious reports may result in civil or even criminal liability, in accordance with applicable laws.
